The following standard terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted with QV Pennies®:
- QV Pennies® is the trading name of A G Chappell (Andrew Geoffrey Chappell).
- All items on the QV Pennies® website (http://www.qvpennies.com) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- The price of an item is the price on the day of your order and we reserve the right to change any price before you place an order.
- Contractual acceptance of your order will only occur after we have checked stock availability and received full
payment.
- Payment may be made by Visa, Maestro or MasterCard.
- We accept cheques drawn on the UK office of a UK bank, payable to A.G.Chappell or QV Pennies, in GB Pounds (sterling) only or up to £250 by cash in GB Pounds (sterling), or the US$ or Euro equivalent. The items will be despatched within 2 working days of payment having been received.
- A full refund will be given for any items that are returned and received
by us in their original sale condition within 14 days of despatch. This does not affect our customers' rights as consumers.
- All items remain the property of A G Chappell until paid for in full.
- Postal charges will be charged to the buyer at the standard UK postal rates.
- QV Pennies® will adhere to their Privacy and Security Policy.
